Job summary
ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Project Engineering Manager – Capital Projects to lead multidisciplinary engineering delivery across the full project lifecycle—from assessment through handover. You will coordinate engineering consultants, PMC teams, licensors and EPC contractors to meet safety, quality, schedule and cost goals.
The role requires extensive experience in major capital projects, FEED and detailed engineering, with strong governance and stakeholder
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and extensive multidisciplinary experience.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle from assessment to handover.
- Familiarity with ADNOC and VAP requirements is valuable.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary project engineering activities across ASSESS, SELECT, DEFINE and EXECUTE phases.
- Coordinate development of engineering strategies and execution plans.
- Review contractor strategies and technical submissions for compliance.
- Manage engineering specialists through design, construction, commissioning and handover.
- Maintain engineering governance and safety/quality standards across projects.
