Job summary

Protect Middle East is seeking a labour camp supervisor in Dubai to coordinate HR processes and ensure smooth operations across multiple sites. The role requires multitasking, hands-on camp management, and strong communication with HR and project managers.

Responsibilities include renewing labour documents, managing camp logistics and supplies, and addressing worker concerns to improve retention and ensure a safe, fair on-site environment.

• Coordinate with the HR Manager for renewal of labour documents: residency, visa, medical insurance, gate passes.
• Printing and distributing the daily labour program.
• Help HR Manager evaluate labour performance.
• Communicate and coordinate with the projects manager to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Arrange transportation to and from sites.
• Manage and supervise the labours in camp.
• Carry out camp inspections and report camp issues (maintenance, etc).
• Update the room occupancy list and monitor camp supplies weekly (mattresses, bedsheets, etc.).
• Check labour concerns and tackle complaints on an urgent basis.
• Monitor and provide absence report of labours.
• Improve labour retention and sustain labour talent.
• Attain a safe, healthy and homely environment in the camp.
• Ensure all labours are treated equally and fairly.
• Give feedback for team building activities.
• Understand labour needs and priorities.
