Qualifications

• 1–3 years of digital-campaign operations experience.
• Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience and CRM lead tracking knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and deadlines.
• Arabic and English proficiency; UAE market experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set up campaigns and amendments in Meta Ads Manager within approved plans and budgets.
• Check objectives, audiences, locations, branches, placements, creatives, links and contact details before publishing.
• Monitor spend, delivery and results daily; escape abnormal spend, weak performance or errors.
• Maintain accurate lead sources, customer details and pipeline stages in the CRM.
• Prepare recurring reports on spend, leads, qualified leads, bookings and sales where available.
• Use Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, reporting and change records.
• Coordinate with Content, Sales, Call Centre and IT; support structured campaign tests.
• Follow approval and confidentiality rules and never share passwords or verification codes.
