Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle, a leading UAE classifieds group, is hiring a Call Center Agent in Dubai to manage high-volume calls and emails while coordinating with the field sales team.

Successful candidates will have at least a year in a fast-paced contact center, strong English and Arabic communication, and a proactive approach to delivering customer satisfaction in a tax-free salary environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of secondary education and Arabic language proficiency.
• 12+ months experience in a call center or telesales role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week, potentially Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from multiple channels.

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling high volumes of inbound calls and outbound calls whilst working closely with the field sales team.

In this role, you will:

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from numerous channels
• Meet our customer SLA's to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle outbound calls to target potential customers and meet conversion quotas and KPIs
• Handle calendar appointments for the field sales team
• Manage customer complaints, elevate to the relevant stakeholders, and ensure accurate reporting
• Handle customer enquiries and emails

Requirements

• A minimum of secondary education
• Arabic speaker
• A minimum of 12 months of experience working in a call centre/telesales role
• Experience in a fast-paced role requiring continuous multitasking (you will handle a constant stream of inbound calls whilst also answering customer emails) and a stream of inbound calls while also having to answer client WhatsApp messages
• Well-versed in customer service and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong closing skills
• Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively & efficiently
• Have a passion for helping others
• Flexible with working hours
• Available 6 days a week and potentially Fridays
• Hard-working, willing to go above and beyond to deliver
