Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle, a leading UAE classifieds group, is hiring a Call Center Agent in Dubai to manage high-volume calls and emails while coordinating with the field sales team.

Successful candidates will have at least a year in a fast-paced contact center, strong English and Arabic communication, and a proactive approach to delivering customer satisfaction in a tax-free salary environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of secondary education and Arabic language proficiency.
• 12+ months experience in a call center or telesales role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week, potentially Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from multiple channels.
• Meet customer SLA's to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle outbound calls to target potential customers and meet KPIs.
• Arrange calendar appointments for the field sales team.
• Manage customer complaints and report accurately.
• Respond to customer emails.
