Job summary

UAE Government Client seeks a CAFM Specialist to operate and provide expert technical support for its CAFM platform. The role focuses on system administration, asset/PPM management, and efficient work-order workflows within a large-scale digital transformation program.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of CAFM experience, strong reporting skills, and proficiency in English. Shortlisting soon; 9–12 month contract with opportunity for extension in a government setting.

Job description

We are seeking a talented CAFM Specialist / CAFM Technical Support Specialist to join one of our Clients from Government Sector of UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dedicated support resources, to operate and provide technical support for its existing CAFM system. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic government environment.

Contract Period: 9 - 12 Months

Requirements

• CAFM system administration and configuration
• Asset management and preventive planned maintenance management
• Work order workflow setup, monitoring, and administration
• Help desk support and service request management
• Preparation of KPI and SLA performance reports
• User support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues
• Coordination with the current CAFM system provider, Rosmiman
• Supporting system users and ensuring smooth daily operation of the platform
• Monitoring data quality, system performance, and operational compliance
• Preparing periodic reports and maintaining accurate system records

The preferred candidates should have:

• Proven 5 years of experience working with CAFM or facilities management systems
• Strong knowledge of asset management, PPM, work orders, help desk operations, KPIs, and SLAs
• Experience in CAFM system administration and user support
• Good technical troubleshooting and reporting skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Experience with Rosmiman CAFM would be a strong advantage
• Good English communication skills; Arabic would be an advantageAvailability to join within a short period
