Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Restaurant & Café Operations Manager for Lalla Zina Moroccan Sweets in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 3-5+ years in UAE F&B management and strong daily operations leadership to run a busy restaurant and cafe.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory and food costs, handle cash and POS reporting, and coordinate with Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage, and a proactive, hands-on leader with excellent organizational skills will

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years UAE F&B management experience.
• Abu Dhabi-based restaurant/café management experience preferred.
• Experience in daily restaurant and café operations.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and UAE safety standards.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance and discipline.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, stock control, and supplier coordination.
• Control food costs, reduce waste and manage costs.
• Handle daily sales, cash, and POS reporting.

• Preferably with Abu Dhabi-based restaurant or café management experience.

• Strong experience in daily restaurant and café operations.

• Experience in inventory management, purchasing, stock control, and supplier coordination.

• Strong knowledge of food cost control, waste reduction, and cost management.

• Experience handling daily sales, cash, and POS reporting.

• Ability to manage customer complaints and maintain high service standards.

• Experience managing Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo, and other food-delivery platforms.

• Knowledge of UAE food hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

• Ability to increase sales, improve customer experience, and drive business growth.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Excellent English communication skills are required.

• Arabic language skills will be a strong advantage.

• Must be well-organized, responsible, proactive, and hands-on in daily operations.
