Job summary

Al-Futtaim is hiring a Sales Assistant for Store Operations in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on welcoming customers, delivering product information, and ensuring optimal store presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist in fitting rooms, upsell items, and perform cashier duties while maintaining high standards of service and accuracy in records. Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Degree required.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Proficient with CAD and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create visuals.
• Good verbal communication.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform some heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and create a positive first impression.
• Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide product information.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and upsell complementary items.
• Handle cash wrap efficiently and respond to customer requirements.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards during busy trading periods.
• Capture customer information accurately in the designated database.
