Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use CAD and design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, or Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards to provide customers with an organised and welcoming shopping environment.
• Create a positive first impression through an energetic, professional approach and adherence to the required dress code.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously when they enter the store.
• Provide current and relevant information about available products.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide timely follow-up during their shopping experience.
• Identify appropriate opportunities to add complementary products to a sale.
• Deliver efficient service at the cash wrap and keep the checkout area clean and organised.
• Offer gift cards where appropriate and capture relevant customer information in the store database.
• Thank customers when they leave the store and encourage them to visit again.
• Complete additional store operational duties assigned by the management team.
