Qualifications

• Qualification in Interior design or related field desirable.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with AutoCAD and CAD software.

• Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist private clients in selecting products and create CAD drawings illustrating finished rooms.

Role Summary

Assist private clients in the selection of their products and generate visually impactful CAD drawings that provide a realistic illustration of their completed rooms

Job description

Through having extensive product knowledge discuss with clients the different products that are available which can meet the design specification and budgetAccurately calculate tile quantitiesProvide customers with quotations following up on them within the agreed timescaleProactively work with the client to agree the product selection and have quotations converted to confirmed sales ordersObtain from clients the required information that will enable a realistically accurate drawing to be completed including room measurements drainage and water supply pointsProvide the client with CAD drawings that professionally and accurately illustrate what the finished bathroom room will look like on completionEnsure drawings and amendments are completed within the agreed time framesWhere required discuss the design and layout with the client s contractorProvide training to other Sales and CAD Design staff as requestedProactively keep up to date on new products and on the latest design trendsMaintain a project portfolio of completed drawings that can be shown to prospective clientsCarry out other duties as reasonably requested by the showroom managerAdhere to the company policy on dress code and appearance ensure your workstation is tidy and presentable and that you are upholding the good brand image of the company at all timesTo execute your duties in accordance to Sanipex Group s Environment Quality Policies
