Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking cabin crew to serve as airline ambassadors, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle. You will greet passengers, assist with boarding, and provide exceptional service while promoting the airline’s products and charitable initiatives.

Role requires strong English, fresh graduates encouraged, and the ability to work shifts. Training in safety procedures and first aid is valued, with opportunities for career growth within operations and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable for this role; a diploma in Travel/ Tourism is a plus.
• Training in First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures are an added value.
• Fluent in English language with good verbal and written communication.
• Capable of handling difficult situations and maintaining corporate image under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming and fitness for the assigned flights.
• Attends briefing to ensure acknowledgement of flight details and roles.
• Instructs passengers on safety procedures and responds to emergencies as needed.
• Delivers excellent customer service during boarding, onboard, and post-flight activities.
• Contributes to on-board revenue through promotion of meals and services and handles payments securely.
• Carries out pre-flight checks and reports any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor.
