Job summary

Miral Experiences is seeking a seasoned Buyer to join our Abu Dhabi Retail team, overseeing end-to-end product development for iconic attractions. You will own categories, source products, manage suppliers, and collaborate with IP holders to deliver licensed products.

The role reports to the Senior Retail Buyer and requires 7+ years in retail buying and product development, with strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop assigned retail product categories.
• Manage the end-to-end product development process.
• Source products and identify new suppliers and market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Work closely with Merchandise Planning on buy plans, intake dates and core line ordering.
• Monitor category performance, sales, stock levels and best/slow sellers.
• Manage category budgets, open-to-buy, cost of goods, freight and GP margins.
• Coordinate new item creation, pricing, purchase orders and visual merchandising requirements.
• Ensure products meet UAE testing, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IP holders and partners on licensed product development.
• Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen your category.

Role Overview

Are you a retail Buyer with strong experience in end-to-end product development?

Miral Experiences is looking for an experienced Buyer to join our Retail team in Abu Dhabi, supporting the development of retail products across our world-class attractions, including Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi, SeaWorld® Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi and Yas Waterworld Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

Reporting to the Senior Retail Buyer, you will take ownership of assigned product categories and manage the buying and product development journey from concept and sourcing through to final product delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Own and develop assigned retail product categories
• Manage the end-to-end product development process
• Source products and identify new suppliers and market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Work closely with Merchandise Planning on buy plans, intake dates and core line ordering
