Job summary

Miral Experiences seeks an ERP Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Manager to lead the ongoing implementation, enhancements and support of its Oracle Fusion SCM landscape in Abu Dhabi. The role emphasizes functional leadership across Procurement and Inventory, coordinating with Procurement, Finance, Stores and Operations to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

You will manage system integrators, vendors and internal teams, ensuring smooth data migration, testing and go-live while driving process standardization

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in Oracle ERP/Oracle Fusion SCM across implementation, enhancements and production support.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory
• Experience in multi-entity environments and integrations with Finance modules

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations with focus on Procurement and Inventory.
• Own functional design, configuration, fit-gap analysis, testing, data migration, cutover and go-live support.
• Drive process improvements across Procure-to-Pay and Inventory-to-Costing.
• Provide functional leadership and production support for Oracle Fusion SCM.

Role Overview

We are looking for an ERP Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Senior Manager to lead the implementation enhancement and ongoing support of our Oracle Fusion SCM landscape.

This is a hands on functional leadership role with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory working closely with Procurement Finance Stores and Operations to deliver scalable solutions improve processes and support business transformation.

What you ll do

• Lead end to end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations with a focus on Procurement and Inventory
• Own functional solution design configuration fit gap analysis testing data migration cutover and go live support
• Drive enhancements and process improvements across Procure to Pay and Inventory to Costing
• Provide functional leadership and production support across Oracle Fusion SCM
• Manage integrations with Finance warehouse systems and third party applications
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective and scalable ERP solutions
• Manage system integrators vendors and functional teams while ensuring successful delivery
• Drive system stability standardisation automation and continuous improvement

What we re looking for

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field
• 10 years of hands on experience in Oracle ERP Oracle Fusion SCM across implementation enhancements and production support
• Proven experience delivering multiple end to end Oracle Fusion implementations
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory including Purchasing Sourcing Supplier Management Supplier Portal Inventory Receipt Accounting and Cost Management
• Strong hands on experience with configuration functional setups solution design UAT data migration cutover and go live
• Strong understanding of P2P Inventory to Costing and integrations with AP GL and Costing
• Experience with OTBI BI Publisher BPM workflows FBDI ADFDI and Oracle Redwood
• Strong stakeholder vendor and project management skills
• Oracle Fusion Procurement certification
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud REST SOAP integrations and complex multi entity environments would be an advantage
