Job summary

Kinetic, in partnership with a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Business Unit Director to drive sustainable growth across the Gulf region, optimize the value of current and future assets, and lead successful product launches.

You will own P&L, shape regional strategy, lead cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and medical affairs, and engage external stakeholders to navigate market access, payer environments, and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level commercial leadership experience within pharma/biotech.
• Extensive oncology experience essential.
• Strong understanding of Gulf healthcare systems, market access, payer environments, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven P&L ownership and commercial leadership experience.

Requirements

• Strong scientific understanding of oncology, including disease biology, treatment paradigms, clinical data, and evolving treatment landscapes
• Proven P&L ownership and commercial leadership experience
• Strong understanding of Gulf healthcare systems, market access dynamics, payer environments, and regulatory frameworks
