Job summary

Apple Channel Store Advisor in Dubai leads the sales, merchandising and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. You will guide staff, demonstrate products and train teams to deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining Apple merchandising standards.

You will build strong customer partnerships, promote Apple solutions, and help grow Apple business in a multi-brand environment through effective product demonstrations and collaborative store leadership.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 2+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent Apple and influence within a single partner store to build business plans, achieve partner sales targets, and grow business.
• Collaborate and train reseller teams on our products, services, and merchandising guidelines, while promoting outstanding customer experiences and developing brand advocates.
• Educate and encourage store teams to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio.
• Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating the benefits and values of the products through product demonstrations and consultations, individually or in groups.
• Build a community of dedicated Apple customers who will come back to consult on future Apple purchases.
• Strive for excellence and ensure Apple’s outstanding dedication to merchandising and brand standards are upheld throughout your store; this includes ensuring that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple’s standards.
• Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and elevate issues for timely and effective resolution.
• Provide insightful feedback that will help to further develop and improve upon Apple Shop performance, working together with partner store leadership to achieve and improve results and drive lasting impact.

As an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will showcase your ambitious spirit as you lead the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. As a dynamic leader, business manager, and influencer, you will encourage our partner’s staff through your forward-thinking style, love for technology, and passion for Apple. Through your influence, you will grow Apple business in the multi-branded store by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and training partner staff while ensuring all our merchandising standards are met.
