Ace Patrons is a boutique corporate services firm helping entrepreneurs, SMEs, and global investors establish and grow their businesses in the UAE. We are hiring a Business Setup Advisor – Sales & Advisory who blends strong sales with a consultative approach to serve clients.

You will guide clients on Mainland and Free Zone formation, licensing and related services, manage the sales cycle, and convert enquiries into long-term partnerships with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business consulting or corporate services.
• UAE business setup experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate business through inbound leads, referrals, networking and self-generated opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend UAE business setup solutions.
• Advise clients on Mainland and Free Zone company formation, licensing, visas, banking and related services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and cost comparisons.
• Manage follow-ups and the full sales cycle from enquiry to closure.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding and execution.

Fixed Salary: AED 6,000 – 9,000 per month, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Setup Advisor – Sales & Advisory who combines strong sales ability with a consultative approach.

You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, recommending suitable UAE business setup solutions, managing the sales cycle and converting enquiries into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business through inbound leads, referrals, networking and self-generated opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable UAE business setup solutions.
• Advise clients on Mainland and Free Zone company formation, licensing, visas, banking and related services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and cost comparisons.
• Manage follow-ups and the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding and execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines and forecasts.
• Represent ACE Patrons at networking events, exhibitions and business forums.
• Develop referral and strategic partnerships with relevant professionals and businesses.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business consulting or corporate services.
• UAE business setup experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to close deals.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Arabic or additional languages will be an advantage.

Compensation & Incentives

Fixed Salary: AED 6,000 – 9,000/month
