Qualifications

• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Bauindustrie.
• Abschluss in Bau-/Wirtschaftsbereich oder vergleichbar.
• Erfahrung in kommerziellen Vertriebsaktivitäten in der Region Bau-/Lieferbranche.
• Expertenwissen zu Marktsegmenten, Kunden und Wettbewerb.
• Strategisches Denken und Fähigkeit, langfristige Marketingstrategien zu entwickeln.
• Technisches Wissen zu Produkten des Geschäftssegments Bodenplatte/Wand.
• Fließendes Englisch und eine der lokalen Sprachen.

Responsibilities

• Umsetzung der Business Unit-Strategie innerhalb der zugeordneten Market Unit in enger Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen Stakeholdern.
• Identifikation von Marktchancen, Kundenbedürfnissen und Wettbewerbstenden zur Wachstumsunterstützung.
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Go-to-Market- und Vertriebsinitiativen.
• Schnittstelle zwischen Business Unit und Market Unit, Abstimmung und Kommunikation sicherstellen.
• Unterstützung lokaler Organisationen bei der Erreichung kommerzieller Ziele durch Verbesserungspotenziale.
• Überwachung der Geschäftsentwicklung, Analyse von KPIs, Ableitung umsetzbarer Empfehlungen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams wie Marktanalytik, Produktmanagement und regionaler Führung zur Geschäftsauswirkung.

Scope of the role:

• Drive the implementation of the Business Unit strategy within the assigned Market Unit in close collaboration with regional stakeholders and central functions.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to support sustainable business growth.
• Develop and execute go-to-market and sales initiatives aligned with the Business Unit Business Plan.
• Act as the key interface between the Business Unit and the Market Unit, ensuring alignment andandeffective communication.
• Support local organizations in achieving commercial objectives by identifying improvement opportunitiesand driving strategic initiatives.
• Monitor business performance, analyze KPIs, and derive actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market Analytics, Product Management, and regionalleadership, to deliver business impact.

What you'll need to be successful:

• 5+ years of experience (incl. Intenational working experience) in construction industry.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics or Commercial Business Administration.
• Experience in commercial and sales activities in the region related to construction and/or supply industries.
• Expert market knowledge including segments, customers, and competition.
• Strategic mindset and ability to see and understand the bigger picture and develop long-term marketing strategies,
• Technical knowledge in products of Business Segment slab and wall.
• Fluent in English and one of the local languages.
• Influencer and team player.
