Job summary

Tattu Restaurant Dubai is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive bookings and revenue in a Dubai-based setting. You will manage inbound leads, proactively source new business, and work closely with corporate bookers, agencies, and event planners to create bespoke events.

You will monitor conversion rates, deliver regular performance reports, and align with internal teams to ensure all departments understand targets and actively push for increased bookings, including VIP guest attention.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in the same role in Dubai.
• Strong sales mindset with a drive to hit targets.

Job description

The Role:

• Responsible for sales generation - managing inbound leads and proactively finding new business.


• Sales driven with a passion and commitment to drive and hit targets set


• Actively increase booking inquiries and track conversion rates, ensuring business growth.


• Build and nurture relationships with corporate bookers, agencies, and event planners.


• Generate and create bespoke events, staying ahead of industry trends.


• Conduct competitor analysis, identifying opportunities for increased engagement.


• Provide regular reports on conversion rates, ensuring key stakeholders are informed.


• Align with internal teams, ensuring that all departments understand targets and actively push for increased bookings.


• Work closely with the Guest Relations Manager to ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention.


• Previous experience within the same ole within Dubai is required.
