Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional with proven experience in the Insurance and/or Fleet sector in the UAE. The ideal candidate will generate new business, develop strategic partnerships, and manage key client relationships across the UAE market.

A solid network of contacts in insurance, brokers, fleet operators, leasing companies, or corporate vehicle management is essential. Automotive/mobility industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Business Development/Sales experience.
• Direct exposure to the Insurance and/or Fleet business segment.
• Proven success in new business acquisition and account management.
• Strong UAE market network and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
