Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Business Development Specialist at Raymond Education. The role involves tasks related to mapping new schools and nurseries across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality results in line with client expectations and to increase revenue generation. You will be working closely with the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or in person daily.
  • Cold call, set up meetings and prepare follow-up plans in advance.
  • Visit at least 4 to 5 schools/nurseries in a day.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while guiding our strategic recommendations and delivering impactful products.
  • Communicate with the Team Leader daily to align outcomes and goals.
  • Generate leads for new clients and follow up with current clients.
  • Achieve measurable results for a monthly sales goal.
  • Innovatively address client inquiries and prepare for potential questions.
  • Maintain constant communication with the team leader to enhance marketing strategies and innovation.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Must possess a valid UAE driver's license and have their own car.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Educational Sales or related field.
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent rapport building skills.
  • Great sense of humor and charisma.
  • Proficiency in English, Fluency in Arabic is a major plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
