Job summary

Winter Refrigeration seeks a dynamic Business Development Executive in Dubai with a proven track record in Oil & Gas. You will identify and develop new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and manage the sales pipeline to hit targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of BD or sales experience within Oil & Gas, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Dubai-based, on-site position with active industry engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of BD or sales experience in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas projects, procurement, and UAE/GCC markets.
