Job summary

ELEGANT ESCAPES VACATION HOMES RENTAL L.L.C is expanding and looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow its portfolio of luxury holiday homes in Dubai. The role involves identifying and onboarding new properties, pitching management services, and building relationships with landlords and investors.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong network in the Dubai real estate market.

Elegant Escapes Holiday Homes is expanding and is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow our portfolio of luxury holiday homes in Dubai.

Mission

Bring new landlords and property owners on board to partner with us. You’ll be the face of Elegant Escapes, pitching our management services, closing deals, and building long‑term relationships with investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new landlord properties across Dubai.
• Pitch our full‑service holiday home management model.
• Build pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
• Hit monthly acquisition targets for new units.
• Represent Elegant Escapes at property events and expos.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of business development or sales experience in Dubai real estate or holiday homes.
• Strong network of landlords, investors, or developers.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Russian is a plus.
• Self‑starter with a proven track record of hitting targets.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
