Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development
- Identify and target potential clients to promote vending machine solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry-specific research.
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with customers.
- Client Relationship Management
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vending machine solutions.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain the benefits of vending machines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and support.
- Negotiation and Contracts
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
- Close sales deals and meet revenue targets.
- Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in vending machine systems.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs.
- Inventory and Logistics Coordination
- Ensure the timely delivery and installation of vending machines.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to manage stock levels and ensure smooth operations.
- Post-Sales Support
- Provide training to clients on operating vending machines.
- Address customer complaints, resolve technical issues, and provide after-sales service.
- Ensure regular maintenance and servicing of vending machines.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports for management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and meet sales goals.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for vending machines.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure client satisfaction and machine uptime.
- Compliance and Regulations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards for vending machines.
- Stay informed on regional regulations related to vending machine placements.
- Travel and Site Visits
- Travel to client locations for meetings, demonstrations, and machine installations.
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best placement and setup of vending machines.
