Job summary

Eaton in Dubai seeks a proactive CPS business development professional to drive profitable growth across the Middle East. You will collaborate with Eaton partners, customers and multiple BUs to shape product portfolios and launches, transferring knowledge and ensuring strong customer focus in a hybrid work environment.

You will lead market analysis, identify opportunities beyond current business, and coach presales and sales teams on value propositions for key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering required; MBA is a plus.
• Relevant experience in business development, commerce, KAM or product management within 3ph UPS or power distribution or Datacenter industry.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively initiate and execute CPS business development actions within Eaton partners and customers in Middle East targeting profitable growth.
• Establish framework of cooperation with Eaton sales ecosystem including presales, services and other BUs.
• Drive product launches and enhance product/application knowledge across the organization.
• Support presales and sales in defining the optimal product portfolio for accounts and coach for value proposition.
• Consolidate local market input, including pricing, competitive landscape and trends, and share with stakeholders.

Pro-actively initiate and execute CPS business development actions within CSOs Eaton partners and customers in Middle East targeting profitable growth Establish framework of cooperation with Eaton sales ecosystem Sales presales services other BUs Drive the increase of sales ecosystem product amp application knowledge by support identifying training needs and transferring knowledge and best practises acrossDrive effective product launches Function as a Voice of the Customer channel for product management when defining New products as part of NPD ProLaunch process Manage and support presales teams and sales in defining the optimal product portfolio for specific account and coach for the right value prop and positioning Consolidate local market input including local competitive landscape pricing information as well general market trends and sharers the input with the specified audiencePartners with CPS Product Managers and other BU functions and ensures they stay in close contact with markets and customers Owns factory forecast for CPS Middle East businessIdentify and prospect growth opportunities outside the current business

Skills

• Good understanding of electrical equipment and requirements for low-voltage applications
• Good knowledge of power electronics and UPS systems
• Ability to take initiative work autonomously and drive activities to completion with a strong customer focus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to think and act strategically
• Proactive passionate and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
