Job summary

Eaton in Dubai seeks an experienced Business Development Engineer for Critical Power Solutions to accelerate adoption of power management and sustainability solutions across commercial, industrial, and data center applications. You will combine technical UPS expertise with consultative sales to help clients meet mission-critical power availability goals.

You will work with CPS Product Managers and the Eaton sales ecosystem, own the Middle East forecast, and identify opportunities beyond current

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
MBA is a plus.
Relevant experience in business development, commerce, KAM or product management within 3ph UPS or power distribution or datacenter industry.

Responsibilities

Pro-actively initiate and execute CPS business development actions within CSOs, Eaton partners and customers in Middle East targeting profitable growth.
Establish framework of cooperation with Eaton sales ecosystem (Sales, presales, services, other BUs).
Drive the increase of sales ecosystem product & application knowledge by support, identifying training needs and transferring knowledge and best practises across.
Drive effective product launches.
Function as a Voice of the Customer channel for product management when defining New products as part of NPD ProLaunch process.
Owns factory forecast for CPS Middle East business and identify and prospect growth opportunities outside the current business.
