Job summary

SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAUL.L.C is seeking a QA/Testing professional to create onboarding test scenarios and validate end-to-end customer onboarding journeys in the UAE market.

You will verify KYC/AML compliance, perform DCRA screenings, test document uploads, and ensure accurate data extraction with AI OCR solutions while coordinating cross-system integrations and post-deployment verification.

Responsibilities

• Create onboarding test scenarios and detailed test cases
• Validate end-to-end customer onboarding and account-opening journeys
• Test trade license verification DCRA customer screening and document collection processes
• Validate document uploads data extraction and AI OCR solutions
• Verify KYC AML customer due diligence and risk assessment results
• Test customer registration entity classification and CB Code mapping
• Validate approval workflows and operational processes including Return-to-Customer RTC scenarios
• Perform functional System Integration Testing SIT User Acceptance Testing UAT regression and API testing
• Verify integrations between onboarding platforms screening systems CRM document management and OCR AI solutions
• Support deployment verification and post-deployment testing
• Identify document track and manage defects through resolution
