Confidential Company in Sharjah is seeking a Business Analyst to lead the service redesign for the AMAN project. The role involves mapping service journeys, identifying gaps, and defining service models while preparing functional requirements in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service redesign effort for Workstream1.
• Map the current AMAN service journey end-to-end.
• Identify gaps and define the target-state service model.
• Draft functional requirements in Arabic and English for the new e-services platform.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to capture service requirements.
• Document current-state and target-state process flows.
• Translate regulatory requirements into structured functional specifications.
• Work closely with the Solution Architect for technical feasibility.
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix.
• Prepare Arabic-language service design documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service redesign effort for Workstream1
• Map the current AMAN service journey end-to-end
• Identify gaps and define the target-state service model
• Draft functional requirements in Arabic and English for the new e-services platform, CMS workflows, and mobile application
• Conduct stakeholder interviews with SCDA, building owners, AMC contractors, and internal SANED teams to capture service requirements
• Document current-state and target-state process flows using standard tools (Visio, Lucidchart or equivalent)
• Translate regulatory requirements from SCDA into structured functional specifications
• Work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure requirements are technically feasible and well-specified before development begins
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix for all platform developments
• Prepare Arabic-language service design documents for SCDA review and alignment

Qualifications

4–6 years in a Business Analyst, Service Designer, or Requirements Analyst role. Experience in government digital services, e-service platforms, or regulated industries strongly preferred.
