Job summary

Innovo Group is seeking a Business Analyst in Dubai to translate business needs into actionable requirements for IT delivery. You will partner with IT business partners and delivery teams, engaging early with stakeholders to understand needs and develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements for prioritised initiatives.

You will facilitate workshops, translate needs into user stories, ensure traceability, and support UAT and business readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Capture and shape demand from business units in collaboration with IT partners.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and context.
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases and specs.
• Document high-level business needs and pain points for prioritisation assessments.
• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements with delivery teams.
• Assist with solution validation, UAT, and business readiness activities.
• Map as-is processes with Business Architect and ensure traceability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices and templates.
• Communicate complex requirements clearly and maintain documentation.

• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and business context.

• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases and requirements specifications.

• Document high-level business needsand pain points to help assess demand for prioritisation.

• Work with delivery teams to define detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

• Assistwith solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business readiness activities.

• Assist Business Architect with mapping of the as-is business processes.

• Ensure traceability between business needs, requirements, and delivered solutions.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices and templates.

• Communicate complex requirements in a clear and accessible way, ensuring documentation isaccurateandmaintained.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree inIT,Information Systems,Businessor related discipline

• Business Analysis certifications desirable

• Experience inbusiness analysis, requirements gathering, or similar roleswithin IT and complex environments

• Experience translating business needs into structured functional and non-functional requirements

• Experience with process mapping and modelling techniques
