Rakbank in Dubai seeks a dedicated professional to facilitate end-to-end onboarding for Business Banking clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

The role involves reviewing documentation, conducting due diligence, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience for clients in a fast-paced banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Process business account opening applications accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
• Review account opening forms and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Verify trade licenses, constitutional documents, shareholder information, and authorized signatory details.
• Ensure all customer onboarding requirements are fulfilled prior to account activation.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers, Sales Teams, and clients to obtain missing documentation or clarifications.
• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks where applicable.
• Ensure adherence to AML, Sanctions Screening, FATCA, CRS, and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate high-risk cases and exceptional approvals to relevant compliance and risk teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure periodic updates as required.
