• Drive digital adoption by guiding customers through tablet-assisted onboarding.
• Collaborate to identify opportunities for operational efficiency using digital tools.
• Coordinate digital initiatives with other departments via the Branch Manager.
• Stay updated on digital trends and technologies to leverage innovations effectively.
• Provide expert guidance and resolve customer queries while upholding the bank’s service standards and code of conduct.
• Ensure compliance with Business Continuity Management protocols.
• Foster relationships across departments to support business objectives.
• Cross-sell bank products in alignment with the Customer Protection Framework.
• Ensure customers receive appropriate product information, including terms and conditions via digital method.
