Job summary

ENNISMORE in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Bus Team Leader to supervise daily bus operations, ensure safety, and drive performance. You will lead drivers, assign routes, monitor schedules, and uphold company policies.

You will conduct safety inspections, coordinate with maintenance, analyze routes, train staff, and respond to incidents, while maintaining accurate records and reporting on team metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bus operations or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience with excellent team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of bus operations and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi public transportation context.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
