Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bus operations or related field.
• Proven leadership experience with team management.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of bus drivers with guidance and feedback.
• Coordinate daily bus operations including routes and scheduling.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain records.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement driver training programs and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance for vehicle upkeep.
• Analyze routes for improvements and efficiency.
• Handle emergencies and make quick decisions.
• Prepare reports on team performance and metrics.
