Job summary

Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi seeks a decisive Bus Team Leader to oversee bus operations, lead drivers, and ensure safety and efficiency. You will coordinate routes, schedule daily services, conduct safety inspections, and maintain records while guiding and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service in a luxury resort setting.

• In-depth knowledge of bus operations and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Familiarity with the public transportation industry in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates.
• Experience in bus fleet management.
• Thorough understanding of local safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
