Job summary

REAPHR is recruiting an experienced Cook for a burger-focused kitchen in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will handle burger preparation from patty cooking to final assembly and operate the griddle, grill and fryer during busy service periods.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of burger restaurant experience, can work independently, follow recipes precisely, and thrive in a high-volume environment. UAE/GCC experience is an advantage; joining immediately is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in burger restaurants or burger-focused kitchens.
• Hands-on burger prep and cooking experience.
• Experience using a griddle/grill.
• Knowledge of patty cooking and handling.
• Strong burger assembly skills.
• Experience operating fryers and preparing sides.
• Ability to manage a station independently.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
• Preferred nationalities: Nepali and Sri Lankan.
