Job summary

Dynamic Employment Services L.L.C in Dubai seeks a Metering Systems Specialist to manage the District Cooling BTU metering, ensure accurate energy measurement, and support reliable billing. You will work with MDM, ERP, and Microsoft Office to maintain system performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in utility metering or energy management, a bachelor's in mechanical or electrical engineering, and certificates in metering are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Certifications in metering, instrumentation, or District Cooling are a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in utility metering or energy management.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the BTU Meter Data Management (MDM) system and prepare technical and MIS reports.
• Analyse and validate BTU meter readings before validation to billing department.
• Coordinate cooling service connections/disconnections with relevant departments.
• Supervise BTU meter installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Operate ERP property creation and meter mounting in the system.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate repairs and replacements.
• Supervise assigned staff and ensure timely completion of projects and operational tasks.
• Liaise with contractors, developers, consultants, and internal stakeholders on metering related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
