We are seeking a highly connected and commercially aware Real Estate Intelligence & Relations Executive to support the business by gathering valuable market intelligence and building strong relationships across the UAE real estate sector.

This is not a traditional sales or commission-driven role. The successful candidate will act as a key link between the company and the wider real estate market, keeping up to date with market activity, transactions, industry developments and key relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and an established network of brokers, developers, investors and other industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and stay up to date with transactions, developments, market trends and activity across the UAE real estate market.
• Gather market intelligence relating to upcoming projects, launches, investment activity and competitor developments.
• Maintain a strong understanding of key players within the UAE real estate industry.
• Keep management informed of relevant market news, trends and opportunities.
• Identify emerging opportunities and provide valuable market insights to the wider business.
• Monitor competitor activity and market movements.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, developers, investors and other key industry stakeholders.
• Act as a representative of the company within the UAE real estate market.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network across the industry.
• Regularly engage with key market contacts to stay informed about market activity and developments.
• Attend relevant networking events, industry events and meetings.
• Identify and develop relationships that could create strategic opportunities for the business

Reporting & Business Support

• Provide regular updates and reports on market activity and industry developments.
• Share relevant market intelligence with senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain records of key market contacts and relationships.
• Support the business with market research and competitor analysis.
• Identify opportunities for the company to strengthen its presence and relationships within the UAE real estate market.
