• Currently finishing final year of Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic SQL and proficiency in Excel.
• English must be used as a working language.

Responsibilities

• Support the team post-sale client relationships with advertisers, assisting with day-to-day campaign management and communication.
• Collaborate with Business Partnership Managers on pre-sale research and pitch preparation, with a focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy.
• Help create and optimize client ad strategies using TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brandformance, and performance products.
• Support the adoption and engagement of TikTok's auction platform and auction-based tools, assisting with technical support and real-time analysis under team guidance.
• Analyze campaign performance data to help deliver data-driven business insights to clients, and contribute insights that improve our advertising offerings.
• Assist in preparing business review materials and help build productive long-term client relationships in collaboration with internal teams.
