Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Creative Director in Dubai to lead the brand's visual identity and packaging design across all products and materials. You will maintain a strong, distinctive brand image and guide the design team to deliver exceptional visuals.

You will ensure brand guidelines are applied, collaborate with product development, marketing, and production, and oversee packaging concepts, colors, and finishes in line with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in creative direction, branding, or packaging design.
• Strong experience in packaging design, product branding, and visual identity development.
• Proven experience managing brand guidelines, logos, typography, and color systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of printing techniques, packaging materials, and production processes.
• Excellent creative leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in the beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and development of the brand's visual identity across all platforms and products.
• Oversee packaging design, bottles, containers, labels, and other materials.
• Manage brand identity elements, including logos, color palettes, typography, and guidelines.
• Develop concepts for new product launches, packaging updates, and brand identity enhancements.
• Ensure consistency in brand colors, designs, and visual elements across products and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and production teams to align concepts with brand standards.
• Lead and guide the design team, providing direction, feedback, and approvals.
• Review and approve packaging designs, artwork, and final production files.
• Research design trends and packaging innovations to maintain a competitive brand image.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to meet approved design standards.
