Job summary

Haus & Haus is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to grow the social presence for Designhaus Collection and haus & haus Holidays. You will craft platform-native content, write captions, and support video production while coordinating with marketing campaigns.

You’ll manage a content calendar, stay ahead of trends, and work closely with the Founder and Marketing Manager to align priorities. Strong writing and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant social media experience.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Basic content editing skills with Canva, CapCut or Adobe Express.
• Ability to track basic social media performance metrics.
• Organised with a structured content calendar.
• Comfortable collaborating with senior leadership and founders.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content across platforms and formats — reels, stories, feed posts and other social-first content.
• Write captions reflecting brand tone and messaging.
• Support video content creation through filming and editing where required.
• Maintain the monthly social media content calendar and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate posts with marketing campaigns and business priorities.
• Collaborate with the Founder and Marketing Manager on monthly priorities.
• Coordinate shoots and assets with Production and Design teams.
• Support content production from concept to final delivery.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages across platforms.
• Foster community engagement and meaningful audience relationships.
• Assist with content for digital and paid social campaigns and adapt organic content for ads.
• Stay updated on trends and suggest new ideas to keep brands relevant.
• Track performance metrics and use insights to inform decisions.
