Job summary

Amazon Middle East and North Africa FZ-LLC seeks a Brand Specialist within the AVS team to manage end-to-end vendor relationships for Amazon Now, our quick commerce channel. This fast-paced role coordinates between vendors and Ops in real time, with a focus on rigor and timely issue resolution.

You will own relationships, define joint business plans, and drive performance metrics to improve the AVS experience across MENA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in English (C1 or above).
• Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.
• 2+ years in account management, project/program management or buying.
• Experience in cross-functional or client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vendor relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Resolve live supply and receiving issues with urgency with Ops.
• Define and deliver joint business plans across selection, availability, traffic, and conversion.
• Partner with internal teams on priorities, event execution, and operational goals.
• Audit performance metrics regularly and drive continuous improvement.
• Regularly audit metrics to improve the AVS experience and hit targets.
• Contribute to AVS enhancements across MENA.
