Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail’s SINYAR Management Program seeks a Senior Brand Executive to drive brand performance across stores and markets. You will partner with the General Manager and regional teams to grow the brand, manage campaigns, and ensure strong commercial outcomes.

The role spans commercial performance, buying, merchandising, store operations and marketing, offering broad exposure and a path toward broader brand-management responsibilities within Al-Futtaim Retail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Retail, Brand Management, Buying & Merchandising or Marketing.
• Strong commercial understanding of sales, margin and stock KPIs.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, margin, sell-through and stock performance across stores and markets.
• Prepare regular trading and performance reports.
• Track performance against budget and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Support seasonal buying, range planning and Open-to-Buy tracking.
• Coordinate orders and follow up with suppliers and logistics teams.
• Gather feedback from stores and customers to support product decisions.
• Support allocation, replenishment and inter-store transfers to improve product availability.
• Conduct store visits and support brand and visual-merchandising standards.
• Coordinate local execution of seasonal campaigns, promotions, events, CRM and digital activities.
