Job summary

LPM Restaurant & Bar in Dubai seeks a senior finance professional to oversee daily financial operations, from cash flow to compliance, ensuring profitability in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will forecast, drive cost optimization, and partner with culinary and operations teams to price menus and support new openings and international expansion.

This role serves as a bridge between kitchen and boardroom, collaborating with senior leadership to shape financial strategy as LPM grows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
• 5–7 years of finance experience, with at least 3–4 years in hospitality, F&B, or retail.
• Advanced Excel skills; pivot tables; analytical prowess; stellar communication; POS and inventory management experience.
• Proactive attitude; attention to detail; adaptability (change is constant in F&B).
