Job summary

Object 1 in Dubai seeks an experienced PR Manager to drive communications for a luxury real estate developer. The role requires fluent Russian and English, deep media relations, and a strategic approach to brand messaging across local and international outlets.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Management on integrated campaigns, manage press materials and events, and help shape the company’s public image in the dynamic UAE property market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as PR Manager/Communications Manager, preferably in real estate or luxury lifestyle.
• Fluent Russian and English are mandatory.
• Strong UAE media knowledge and established relationships are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with journalists, influencers, and media partners.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR and communications strategies to strengthen the company’s brand positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international media, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute press releases, media pitches, articles, interviews, and other PR materials.
• Identify and secure relevant media opportunities for the company and its projects.
• Coordinate press events, interviews, launches, and other PR activities.
• Develop PR campaigns to support new project launches and key company initiatives.
• Monitor media coverage, trends, and industry news to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Manage the company’s public image and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Management teams on integrated communication campaigns.
• Track PR performance and prepare regular media coverage and campaign reports.
