Job summary

Meraki Real Estate Development LLC is looking for a talented Static Creative Designer to join our marketing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience and craft visually compelling static creatives for property launches, campaigns, social media, and corporate comms.

You will design for social channels, websites, emails, brochures, banners, and decks while aligning with brand guidelines and project branding.

Qualifications

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating real estate, property, lifestyle, or luxury branding.
• Experience creating static creatives for social media, campaigns, websites, and emails.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign knowledge is an advantage.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding, and layouts.
• Ability to translate marketing concepts into high-quality static creatives.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static creatives for social media, campaigns, websites, emails, and marketing channels.
• Develop creatives for property launches, campaigns, exhibitions, events, and promotions.
• Create materials highlighting property features, payment plans, offers, amenities, layouts, and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to meet campaign requirements and deadlines.
• Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and sizes; maintain brand consistency.
• Produce brochures, flyers, banners, decks, posts, ads, and other collateral when needed.
• Retouch and edit property images and lifestyle visuals as required.
• Stay updated on real estate marketing and design trends and formats.

Meraki Real Estate Development LLC is looking for a talented and creative Static Creative Designer to join our marketing team at a leading real estate development company in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience and a strong understanding of creating visually compelling designs for property launches, projects, digital marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate communications.

The candidate should have a good eye for aesthetics, typography, layouts, and branding, with the ability to translate marketing concepts and real estate offerings into high-quality static creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality static creatives for social media platforms, digital campaigns, websites, email marketing, and other marketing channels.
• Create marketing materials for property launches, project campaigns, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
• Develop creatives for real estate projects, including property features, payment plans, offers, amenities, locations, floor plans, and investment opportunities.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creatives on time.
• Adapt designs according to different platforms, formats, dimensions, and campaign requirements.
• Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines, visual identity, and project branding.
• Design brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing collateral when required.
• Retouch and edit property images, lifestyle images, and other visual assets as needed.
• Stay updated with current real estate marketing trends, design trends, typography, and social media creative formats.
• Manage multiple design requests and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, photographers, and other creative partners when required.

• 1–2 years of professional graphic/static design experience in the UAE real estate industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real estate, property, lifestyle, or luxury brand creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign is an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media design, digital advertising formats, typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Experience creating creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites, and email campaigns.
• Basic understanding of real estate marketing terminology and property development campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of visual aesthetics.
• Ability to take creative direction and also contribute original design ideas.
• UAE real estate experience is mandatory/preferred.
