Dicetek LLC seeks a senior branding professional to shape strategy across markets, defining positioning, propositions, messaging, and activation. You will translate insights into content frameworks and governance, guiding cross-channel brand execution.

The role requires coordination with research teams, managing agencies, and navigating multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-moving environment. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic capability is a strong advantage.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, strategic communications or content strategy.
• Experience in large organisations or leading brand/creative consultancy is preferred.
• Experience shaping brand strategy including positioning, propositions, messaging, brand architecture or activation.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into content and communication frameworks.
• Experience with research, customer insights and competitive analysis.
• Understanding of brand governance and cross-channel brand operations.
• Experience managing agencies and complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• English fluency is essential; Arabic capability is a strong advantage.
• Experience across multiple markets or culturally diverse audiences is highly valuable.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5-8 years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, strategic
• communications or content strategy, ideally within a large organisation or leading brand/creative
• consultancy.
• Demonstrable experience working on brand strategy, including positioning, propositions, messaging,
• brand architecture or brand activation.
• Strong experience translating strategy into content and communication frameworks.
• Experience working with research, customer insights and competitive analysis.
• Strong understanding of brand governance and how brands operate across multiple channels and
• touchpoints.
• Experience managing agencies and complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience working across multiple markets or culturally diverse audiences would be highly valuable.
• English fluency is essential; Arabic capability would be a strong advantage.
