• Coordinate preview package sales/tours with potential owners.
• Explain requirements for attending sales presentations to potential owners.
• Verify eligibility for preview packages before scheduling tours.
• Provide gifts/complimentary rewards to guests as thanks for patronage.
• Assist management in training, evaluating and coaching employees.
• Follow policies, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Welcome guests, anticipate needs, and respond with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally; handle written documents and telephones with proper etiquette.
• Build positive relationships and support team goals.
