Job summary

AimGulf in Dubai invites an entry-level Brand Specialist to support the Brand/Category Manager in executing campaigns and activations. You will help maintain brand consistency and assist in marketing initiatives across touchpoints.

You will contribute to materials creation, monitor brand metrics, and coordinate with teams and vendors for campaign execution while growing in a dynamic retail environment in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of brand management principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and brand metrics.
• Excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns and activations.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including in-store displays, digital content, and promotional collaterals.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and provide basic reporting.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all communications and merchandising efforts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution.
• Assist in organizing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of brand activities and campaign results.
• Support market research initiatives to gather insights on competitors and consumer trends.
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Brand Manager.
