Adecco in Dubai is seeking a dynamic, target-driven Branch Sales Executive with UAE banking sales experience to join our team. The role focuses on promoting and selling banking products, achieving monthly targets, and earning strong incentives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and related retail banking products, with a proven ability to generate new business, build relationships, and excel in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years UAE banking direct sales experience.
• Experience selling Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Islamic Finance, or other banking products.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong history of earning monthly sales incentives/commissions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products, including Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and other retail banking products.
• Generate new business through direct sales, referrals, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on applications to ensure timely processing and approval.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports.
• Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE banking direct sales experience is mandatory.
• Experience selling Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Islamic Finance, or other banking products.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Candidates should have a strong history of earning monthly sales incentives/commissions.
• Good understanding of the UAE banking and financial services market.

• UAE banking experience is mandatory; candidates without UAE banking sales experience will not be considered.
