Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Operation and Service Manager (UAE National) to lead branch operations and service delivery in the AUH Central Region. The role focuses on controls, approvals, sales and staff management within ADIB guidelines.

You will supervise cash handling, processing of daily transactions, and ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations, while coaching staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Retail Banking products and services.
• Experience with branch operations and back-office functions.
• Understanding of UAE Central Bank regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, reviews, approvals, and sales.
• Manage service delivery and staff coordination.
• Cash vault control and teller cash provisioning.
• Process daily inward/outward clearing and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with ADIB policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop sales staff, monitor performance.
• Drive new business through open-door customer engagement.
• Maintain SLA with customers and internal teams.
