Job summary

The successful candidate will lead cash handling, maintain control over branch processes, ensure compliance with central bank regulations, and drive sales and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking operations and procedures.
• 4–5 years UAE banking experience preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and tech-savviness.
• Self-starter with excellent time management.
• Mentor to junior staff with coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, control & approval processes.
• Assist in sales and business acquisition and ensure service delivery.
• Manage staff coordination and performance.
• Approve cash handling and teller overrides when permitted.
• Ensure compliance with ADIB policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor SLA with customers and drive service improvements.
• Conduct monthly vault cash checks and report discrepancies.
• Coach sales staff to achieve branch targets.
